Facing towards the ocean side, there is a beautiful and luxurious  private beach club for sunbathing, swimming, BBQs, and elegant areas for private dinner parties while enjoying a wide breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Behind the condominium, on the west side, is the Florida intracoastal waterway that extends along Florida allowing boaters boundless boating adventures. It is the Venice of the West.

Security and entry: First of all, there is excellent security. Entry is made through double water falls on either side of the 24 hour manned, gated entry.  There are tennis courts on both ends of the complex as well as walking paths and a separate marina parking lot. Upon approaching the Boca Highland Beach and Marina condominium, you will have an electronic security device inside your car that will open the security guard-gate. 

When you enter the building, the automatic security system will detect your electronic security pass and open the lobby doors. Guests will have to stop at the  secured gatehouse manned by security guards. Inside the building, guests can use the lobby phone to ring your apartment. Using the closed circuit video system, you will be able to view the guest on your TV before pressing a telephone to allow admittance. 

Lobby: Inside the luxurious lobby, you will notice elegant sofas and seating areas and freshly cut flowers as you continue to your apartment. 

Apartment: The apartment is absolutely stunning with water views from the living room and both bedrooms. The living room and entrance hallways enjoy full floor to ceiling mirrors. White tiles further highlight the living areas. Upon entry into the hallway area, you will see the alcove with a wine rack, wine glasses and serving area. The large (1500 sq ft) apartment is completely and quietly air-conditioned through-out.

Terrace: From your apartment, you can walk out through from your private lanai patio to the marina and intra-coastal, see the sail boats and yachts or go to the intra-coastal side pool area and beach, beach clubhouse, ocean-side pool, 4 tennis courts.

Kitchen: The kitchen is light and bright with flat top range, granite counter tops, large double-door refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, double-sink with single-control faucet handle, microwave, dishwasher and a cozy breakfast table set for informal dining. The kitchen has wide a pass-through serving area opening to the dining area. The kitchen overlooks the dining room and the living room with its wide view of the marina. The kitchen includes coffe maker, grill, toaster, cooking utensils, cookware, dining ware, linens/towels

Dining: The dining room is elegantly appointed with an exquisite dining table, 6 comfortable chairs and chandelier.

       Living: The living room is large and the view of the intracoastal and marina is overwhelming as facilitated by the wall to wall sliding glass doors. The room is furnished with stylish sofa and chairs, wide wall cabinet, entertainment center, a 32" wide Sony Color TV, DVD/VCR. Opening the glass doors allows access to the large patio and to the marina, pool area.

Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms: master bedroom and a second bedroom. Both overlook the water. The master bedroom floor is carpeted in beige, has a king size bed, large wall unit with 25" color TV. Sliding glass doors allow access to the patio and marina, pool areas. A large walk-in closet affords plenty of room for storage. master bedroom.

The second bedroom is also large and with water views. It is furnished with a Bahama bed sofa and has a large mirrored closet. As an extra feature, the second bedroom has a partition wall that can be retracted to open the second bedroom to the living room creating an immense living space approximately 30 feet wide of waterfront views !!!.. The Bahama bed/sofa is then used as a sofa (as pictured).

     Bathrooms: There are two baths, each with tub/shower. Adjoining the master bath is a utility room containing a washer and dryer to make those necessary chores more convenient.

Parking: There is covered parking for one car and additional parking for extra vehicles and guests.

Marina:  Resident only marina located in the center of the development can accommodate boats up to 60 feet in length. Yearly cost is only $3 per foot per month.  Water is included and each slip has shore side power at your expense.  It is very well protected and slips are based on availability and size of your boat. 

Condo, pool and marina are positioned on the intracoastal with a pool located on the intracoastal to watch the boats go by.  The pool area also has propane barbecue for resident use, a storage room and his and hers bathrooms as well as outdoor showers.  There are tables, chairs, umbrellas as well.  The apartment comes with covered deeded parking space and there are even bicycle racks for your storage of bicycles too.  Inside there is an on site management office, as well as a live in resident manager, a huge community room with amenities which are available for private parties and hosts meetings, movies etc.

Beach Club : Opposite the entrance, on the ocean side, is a private gated beach club for residents only. The club offers a two story clubhouse with an oceanfront community room located on the second floor complete with full service kitchen also available to residents for private parties.  Downstairs is another kitchen with oversized refrigerators for storing your beach lunch and perishables, vending machines, sinks, counters, etc.  There are also his/hers locker rooms with showers, an outside storage area for personal beach gear and multiple gas barbeque grills (propane and cooking utensils are also provided).  There is an ocean side pool, spa, sundeck with chaises and cushions, covered deck with tables and chairs as well as outdoor dining and inside dining areas. There is an attendant from dawn to dusk to assist you with whatever you need as well.  Private beach access is also located next to the pool with beach chairs, lounges and cushions also provided. And of course... a beautiful white sand beach and blue ocean to enjoy swimming, boating, para-sailing, snorkeling, skin diving, fishing, jogging along the shoreline. 

Activities: When not on the beach, you can enjoy the 4 lighted tennis courts, exercise room, 2 pools, spa, sauna, biking, fishing. There are museums, night life, restaurants. Ready to shop and golf? Just  minutes away are several golf courses and major shopping malls.
